How do I add a shortcut to an online product?

To quickly access AMH online products you can add a shortcut:

  • on desktop computers, you can add a bookmark or favourite to your browser, or add a desktop shortcut (the method will depend on the browser used)
  • on phones and tablets, you can follow our instructions to add a shortcut to your phone or tablet’s home screen.
What is a "user limit error", and what can I do about it?

This error message normally means that the subscription you are using is limited to a particular number of concurrent logins, and that limit has been reached.

In some circumstances, this can happen if users close their browser tab or window while viewing one of our online publications and then try to access it again (either from the same computer, or from a different device) within ten minutes.

If you receive this error message, close the browser tab or window and wait ten minutes.

To prevent this from occurring, users are encouraged to log out at the end of each session.
